For anyone not familiar with this channel, he’s primarily a Pathfinder creator who has called for a WotC boycott since the OGL debacle and the MtG Pinkerton scandal. So speaking up in defence of WotC here is fairly significant.

Defending Hasbro and WotC can never be significant…kek. Pure capitalist approach milking all their cashcows to the ground. No spirit left. The EA/Ubisoft of TTRPG/TCCG…

To be clear, this guy is still calling for a boycott of WotC because of the OGL thing and their connections to the Pinkertons.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t praise them when they do something right. Especially when that right thing isn’t even related to their core competency.

The socialist human rights lawyer discussing the topic may have some nuanced takes on WotC on this one, weirdly enough

This guy sounds very, very one-sided; calling people stupid etc. mostly because he doesn’t agree with them.

Now let me be clear, I share his point of view, I just think his tone could be a lot more professional.
