Go to the computer with the issue, log in as a domain admin, hit ctrl+Z.

What happens if it more than one computer? It looks like our Azure was hacked as well. All of our machines locally and in the cloud are encrypted.

Just leave it like that. Encryption increases your data security in case someone steals the servers, or the cloud.
