That is not to justify Hamas actions, but the health ministry is the one saving people, not killing people.

I take all of these figures with a grain of salt when they’re reported by one of the belligerents. In this case ABC report that UNICEF and WHO express concern over the “reported attack”, ie not condemnation of something they have first hand information on.
I really don’t know where to get accurate news from these days.
