The woman is reportedly denying the charges saying during voluntary questioning that she was not aware that the suitcase is a vehicle that requires a driver’s license.

It has a max speed of 13 kph, that’s practically crawling. And she was on a sidewalk. This is just much ado about nothing

Except the one Marques has can go 15mph, or about 24kph, almost twice that of the one in the article.
Smh that’s clearly a class 0.5 ebike and drivers just need to share the road /s
