ISPs say Sony’s win over Cox would force them to do “mass Internet evictions.”

So if I was a teenager reading about this I would immediately go to my school and start pirating shit.

Hell, I’m tempted to go to starbucks with a laptop and use their open wifi. I would go everywhere with an open network who runs a business I have even a minor disagreement with and download Sony music shit specifically. Granted in the long run this just kills free wifi for everyone but in the short run it would be funny when these businesses have their internet shut off.

Woah, that’s the first good idea ISPs have had in a very long time.

If they disconnect pirates then they lose revenue! Won’t they think of the corporation’s bottom line?!?

Haha, I know they’re doing it for the wrong reason, but it’s still a pretty alright idea.
