I’ve got wallet and lighter front right, phone and cigs front left, and keys on a carabiner tucked into back right. Back left is basically always empty.

Front right: Wallet. Always there, even when I sleep.
Edit for front right, I also keep minimal keys there.

Rear left: Smokes and lighter.
Front left: phone, small bills, crow-calling whistle
Front right: keys, multitool, tin of peanuts
Back right: wallet
Back left: spare change, spare mask, small magnet
