Hi guys wanted to know how can i use mull browser in higher refresh rate than 60hz? I know it will make me standout and more prone to fingerprinting and it’s fine for my use case

I remember the main dev of Mull saying it can be done on about:config but you need to disable something else, maybe you can find it on the project repo

Firefox’s privacy.resistFingerprinting flag normalizes refresh rate (among many other metrics)

You probably need to turn off resist fingerprinting.

Honestly I don’t really understand why one would need something more than 60 Hz. Most phones on the market don’t even support it.

Just checked. Most phones within the 400€ - 800€ price range support more than 60Hz.

Of 591 devices, only 176 feature a ‘unknown’ or <90Hz refresh rate. 415 support >=90Hz, 382 support >=120Hz and 48 models go to >=144Hz. It has become a fairly common feature.

You could just force yourself to do it. I have yet to hear any real world benefit to 120Hz. It just makes you easy to track

The real world benefit is that scrolling is smooth, not choppy.

I use a 120hz phone, but I don’t need this feature in a browser, only maybe in an app

Who knows, maybe OP is playing competive PVP in the browser on his phone?

nope I just used to 120hz and gonna use mull for logging in accounts so no need for resist fingerprinting. I use another disposable browser for anonymity.
