On the website it says it’ll be $9.99 but in the android app store it says in-game purchases. Does that mean micro transactions? I was hoping to pay for the complete game.

Not 100% sure but since I can preload the game it seems like the base game will be a free demo with an in-app purchase to upgrade to the full version.
