This is some sort of picture made to illustrate Etho’s 180° feet thing, but I have no idea where it came from. It looks too clear to be a screenshot from an old Let’s Play. It seems in character for him to draw this kind of thing to illustrate his point… but then again, it is 100% possible that this was drawn by an Etho fan or one of his friends instead.
