I used to work nights at a grocery store. The break room coffee was made by a recovering meth addict, and was basically the next “best” thing if only in theory.

I’m not 100% sure I’m getting this one. Is emergency room coffee:

• Super crazy strong because the staff’s gotta commit to being so inhumanly wired at all times?
• Heinously putrid because chaos doesn’t allow for regular cleaning and replacement?

Surprisingly, the recovery room coffee (after minor surgery) tasted amazing. Of course, I didn’t have any coffee that morning and I was coming down from anesthesia…
