They could possibly mean neovim. They appear to have spelled it wrong, though.

vim was a mistake. Go back to vi.
…but modernizing it is still a good idea, so I present to you: neovi

(No, I’m not serious)

It seems like only one side of the ancient rivalry is represented in the comments here. No worries, I’m right there with you.

I think there’s a mistake, I can’t fit “neovim” into 8 across.

And “nothing” does not fit, either.

Pretty confident in my solve. The only ones I didn’t get myself were 20-down, 29-down (obvious in retrospect), and 21-across (inferred the word, but didn’t know the tool).

Are you using Sync? It never got the memo that Lemmy spoiler tags don’t work the same way as Reddit ones and famously displays them improperly

I am using Sync. Any suggestions on a better alternative?

  • Do not harrass or attack members of the community for any reason.
  • Leave remarks of “peasantry” to the PCMR community. If you dislike an OS/service/application, attack the thing you dislike, not the individuals who use it. Some people may not have a choice.
