On my work I’m always switching between databases and kind of tired on UX differences between psql, mysql, sqlite3. So, I’m making a small set of tools for myself in tries to solve that. It’s kinda works for me already and I’d like to share it here :)

Perhaps you could elaborate your README with some examples of use? Also I can’t seem to install using the go command you documented. I did compile after cloning, but I’m afraid I don’t know the format the env vars are expecting, hence some examples would be helpful. Just adding some examples of setting the env variables would be nice.

Thank you for a feedback!
README updated with a fixed install, I missed @latest in the end.

I’ll work on a better README: https://github.com/yznts/dsh/issues/6.
I’m not that good at this kind of thing :)

For now, only url-like DSNs are supported, like:

  • postgres://user:pass@host:port/db?options
  • sqlite://file.db
