Title + I know best is subjective but why you prefer your one.
Also is there something as minimal as hydrogen website.(Small talk is not a complete client probably)

Okay, so I upgraded our server and tested Element X and it is really basic at the moment and also has rich text mode as input mode. This was already buggy in element, but had to be toggled on. Now it’s always there and has errors…
Try doing a line break after an emoji and then write something, to see what I am talking about.

I am currently using SchildiChat after I used Fluffychat and Element for a while.
All work fine, but Schildi looked best, when I last compared them.
Schildi and Element also have great, similiar looking desktop clients.
