That’s the Something Positive guy. He’s into old newspaper comics. I think he’s drawing Popeye now too.

Yes he is and I love Something Positive. First time I heard someone reference him. That comic been our long time and great story line.

I used to read his comic about a decade ago, but fell off. I was reminded of him because I re- listened to the Behind the Bastards episode with him talking about how Dilbert creator Scott Addams lost his mind.
