He was here legally, but accidentally left and immediately came back. They then interpreted that as him getting a new status, that they immediately determined we illegal. Determining and interpreting legality is not their job

Super Gestapo. I don’t think even the Gestapo deported children with cancer

Edit: the SS did deport children to concentration camps, so ICE is certainly on the fast track to doing SS level fascism
