Most people can’t comprehend a difference between 0.1% and 0.0000000000000001%. It’s all just “a very small percentage.”

The date on the article appears to be 9/29/2020, so Biden was not elected president yet. But even if the article came Out on 11/29/2020, Biden still wouldn’t be president; he’d be President-elect. A presidents term does not actually start (or end) until Jan 20 of the following year, after the president is sworn in. To add more dates to the confusion, the Jan 6 date was when congress was meant to certify (make official) the votes from the November election; yup, despite what CNN and all of the other news organizations say on Election Day, the votes aren’t actually certified until much later.

Welcome to America, land of the confusing!

He was a former vice president at the time, still is, though being a president is more notable.

I think we should refer to him as “Former Community Pool Security Guard Joe Biden” from now on. (Yup, early 60’s).

About 1 in every 265 Americans has died of covid. Covid continues to account for about 1% of all deaths in the US.

That was my thought, so right off it sounds incorrect.

Took me a moment but it says “election 2020” so that’s why the number is so low. Oh, and also it was before Biden’s presidency and he was vice president under Obama
