A handbag belonging to the homeland security secretary Kristi Noem containing her passport, department security badge and $3,000 in cash was stolen on Sunday night at a restaurant in Washington D.C.

She’s in charge of homeland security, which includes the Secret Service. She has Secret Service members with her everywhere she goes.
