What is ACAB? Also, weed is legal, unless you are driving. Just like beer is legal, unless you are driving. Being behind a steering wheel while being intoxicated is illegal is every country I thought?

It’s Sudbury (Ontario, Canada). The masks on the cops are a clue it’s at least 2020.

So no, smoking weed in public would not be illegal at the time.
