I know Lemmy is not a police friendly site, but this is actually, undeniably a good move so far with visible results from what I can tell. Leveraging interest in true crime to help solve crime? That’s… That’s a step forward in my book.
Im just one guy though, maybe there’s other perspectives on why this is a bad thing, thoughts?

Looks like its a bad thing because it will make people think that police exists to solve crime cases and not to repress the population
