Manslaughter might be excessive, but I understand his anger. There’s no excuse for this kind of behavior.

@limelight79 @versefedi Attempted Manslaughter feels like an oxymoron to me. Attempted requires intent and Manslaughter requires lack of intent?

So I thought that manslaughter was a lack of premeditation, but seems a bit more broad than that(but that seems like an okay way to separate it from murder in basic terms).
