I know this is an ongoing issue but when I have my sleep alarm, it just vibrates the watch. It doesn’t play on the phone.
Apple states that’s working as designed.
Does anyone have any good workarounds? Right now I set two alarms to get it work.

It indeed only is a workaround, but if you put your phone and/or watch in flight mode with bluetooth turned off (so that they are not connected anymore) you will get the alarm on both devices.
