Partition table is damaged? Partition is bigger than the harddisk?

it appears to be the partition of my installation medium?(usb stick) im just not sure how? this same usb has installed linux 3 times in the last 2 days and this is the first time this error showed up. it appears to be benign. my system functions fine given this only happens when turning the system off(rebooting) AFTER the install is complete. this same error also happens when using a completely new usb with a new iso on it?

Sure. If it’s only the installation USB stick you probably don’t need to pay attention to it if it installs fine. Next time I’d try and check if the image got written correctly to the stick.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).

Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word “Linux” in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.
