The best way of showing you liked someone back then was by giving a mix tape.

I guess later the same could have been said for CDs but they felt like office goods…

Lol office goods! :)

They do feel like that now. But back in the day, I thought it was the apogee of technology, so handling them (buying them, playing, sharing) was really cool.

But then, I was 14.
