This morning it was working, and while it was turning off it was taking way too long and I forced-shut it off (hold power button), so afterwards when I would turn it on this would happen, I think that has to do with the problem.

So basically I put my password and as soon as I press enter it just locks and won’t go furtherx however if I login with the terminal (after ctrl+alt+f3), then it works.

Tell me whatever data you guys need or things to try and I’ll be happy to give you, and also thank you for reading :)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).

Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word “Linux” in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.
