This series started as an [adultswim] short called Scavengers. “Reign” was added afterward to make it distinct from what was effectively the pilot, which had a more minimalist approach but featured the same themes that were featured throughout the series.
Loved both. Definitely recommend the Scavengers pilot AFTER the main series Scavengers Reign though.
“BD” refers to Franco-Belgian comics, but let’s open things up to include ALL Euro comics, especially GN’s. Euro-style work from around the world is also welcome!
