Ok, why dismantling FBI is bad? FSB, GRU, RKN, FBI, NSA - all of them should be dismantled

they stop 99% of things like 9/11

The FBI is famous for stopping terrorist attacks before they happen and not at all notorious for chasing, harassing, and killing civil rights leaders, anti-war activists, LGBTQ groups, and religious minorities.

I’m not saying they’re effective, but the FBI is one of the few organizations that can investigate corrupt police forces. How would we address that?
