  • Avoid drugs (e.g. marijuana, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine)
  • Get enough sleep (i.e. wake up naturally; no alarms)
  • Regular exercise (primarily playing sports)
  • Eat healthily (avoid sugar, avoid starchy food, eat lots of fatty meat and eggs)
