I’d recommend you look up a recipe by Babish, Alton Brown or Kenji Lopez-Alt, they all usually pretty solid.
Gamepass is less choice, not more. We’re not having a discussion from the point such an evident fact is beyod your grasp. Then you mount an emotional defense rich in ad hominem.
