You’re the one who’s mad about something you have no control over. And hey, you’re totally free to be mad. But it’s not changing my opinion or my posting habits. At all.

See, the difference between us is that I don’t care what you think, even tho I respect your right to whatever opinion you have.

It has no effect on me, my lifestyle, my posts, or my day whatsoever.

And it’s not going to stop me from posting news that I find interesting to a community that I created.

There is nothing that says this Lemmy instance only allows Left-wing/pro-Democrat posts. If someone wants to be right-leaning or post pro-Republican stuff, they are free to do that. This Lemmy instance promotes diversity of opinions/views. I’m actually a Socialist, but that doesn’t change the fact that there are no rules against conservative views on this instance.

If you would prefer an echo-chamber Lemmy experience, you can always check out several .world communities. Reddit also is an echo-chamber, so you can check them out too. But this instance celebrates diversity.
