Does this person think VOA is not currently a propaganda tool to control messaging abroad?

What do they think Russia Today is if they don’t think VOA is doing that?

Also barely anyone in the US reads VOA or watches it, it’s almost entirely designed for international propaganda. His base would rather just watch fox news or OANN

But the thing is if Kari Lake changes it then people abroad will trust it less. They need to be honest and report the truth to build trust.

That is delusional, it is a propaganda outlet, they report what is in the interest of the US state/business class to report regardless of whether it is true or not
