The bar on these is loose so that it rolls, which makes hanging significantly harder. If you do one hand in the opposite direction of the other, you can mitigate this effect, but most places prohibit you from doing it.

Most people probably couldn’t hang 120 seconds on a regular bar, let alone a free-spinning one.
