The Doctors is what I’ve seen and heard most.

Sometimes it’s Doctor Whos, which is just weird to my brain, but it would be valid as a plural.

Doctors Who would also be valid, but it’s even weirder since it not only triggers that “wtf” in my brain, but it looks like a partial title for a listicle lol. But I’ve never run into it in the wild, so to speak. But that’s only weird because the “name” is Who. If it was Jones, the doctors Jones would scan perfectly, but would require “the” in front to scan.
