Libertarian Socialism shares some principles with libertarianism, particularly the emphasis on individual freedom, voluntary cooperation, and opposition to authoritarianism.
However, it diverges sharply on economic views: libertarian socialism opposes unregulated capitalism and private ownership of the means of production, advocating instead for collective ownership and economic equality.
