What kind of dog is that?
And is that suffering from liver failure or something? What is up with its eyes.

It looks like an English Springer Spaniel to me. And what do you mean about the eyes? What looks wrong to you?

Maybe just the coloration of the photo, but the whites look yellow, i.e., jaundiced.
Look at the color of the white fur and then the color of the “whites” of its eyes.
It’s also really bizarre looking because it’s usually really difficult to see the whites of a cats eyes.

The whites look normal as far as I can see on my phone. There isn’t much detail but it seems to match the whiteness of the wall and his fur
