This is a common thing in Chess, What is the point you are trying to make. ?

also, it’s the same position, surely they should have an “official name” to say “opening x has transpositioned to the y variation of opening z”

FIDE has never seemed to want to get involved in the naming of openings and the A09 system is from a private book publishing house.
