Stolpersteine are always installed at the last place that the person chose freely to reside, work or study.

In contrast to central memorial places, which according to Demnig can be easily avoided or bypassed, Stolpersteine represent a much deeper intrusion of memory into everyday life.

I seldom feel moved by art, but this does it for me.

Its a pretty cool concept, you see them all the time while walking in old city centers. Lots of people here dont actually know about them and their meaning sadly.
