How is it not safe for work though? Nsfw isn’t “potentially offensive” tagging.

It’s the closest to having a “trigger warning” tag, which doesn’t exist afaik. NSFW, NSFL

the closest to a trigger warning is marking it as spoiler and saying what appears on the image in the title or description.
