Not surprising in the least as a lot of people figured she’d be on her way out the door once D’Amore was canned (they are engaged for those not in the know). Expectations are that she ends up in Maple Leaf Pro but I could see her doing the indie rounds easily as well.
He was also the bomb as Batman, yo.

Seriously, I was genuinely excited at the idea of Affleck as Batman. He really wanted to do the character justice (no pun intended), and he’s the one actor that looks the most “Bruce Wayne” of all those to portray him before or since. Unfortunately, Affleck as Batman suffered the same fate as Affleck as Daredevil, the interpretation was poor. If he had written and/or directed those movies himself, the hate would be warranted. But as an actor, all he can do is give the best performance he can within the confines of the director’s vision. Hell, look at Ryan Reynolds, people hated him as Green Lantern but love him as Deadpool. The difference is GL is a shit movie, while DP is great. Seems everyone loves DP.
Who’s down with DP?

haha j/k seriously though i will also agree that ben affleck was amazing in dogma (hell the whole movie is amazing - but alan rickman most of all).
but also i can never see any other batman other than michael keaton :(
Despite being an 80’s kid, my very first Batman was Adam West. Batman and Robin were also part of the Superfriends, and would occasionally show up on Scooby Doo. Then came Keaton in '89, and Batman TAS a couple years later. I was also starting to get into the comics around '90-'91. So by the time I was a teenager, I had already learned there were many interpretations of the beloved character, which opened me up to not really caring about continuity nor favoring specific portrayals. What I care about most, is being entertained.
