It’s a fucking t-shirt. It’s not a threat. I don’t care what’s written on it.

  1. “can you put it on a t-shirt” was a specific point in the DeCSS “free speech” case
  2. thus, hate on a shirt is hate speech
  3. everything this icon stands for is hate in some form

Are you citing-- DRM? The fucking DVD decryption case? That’s not even almost relevant. Jesus, should people get booted off an aircraft for having bootleg Mickey Mouse merchandise?
