Context: Descriptively speaking, Ontario has ‘balanced out’ the Libs and Cons by having one elected provincially and the other elected federally for decades at this point. For that reason, it is presumed that Ford would like to call an election while Trudeau is in Ottawa rather than before the Libs hand Ottawa to PP.
