Those are all great games! Sadly Urban Terror is not open source. https://www.urbanterror.info/forums/topic/33131-i-would-like-to-contribute-to-the-source-code/
The engine is, but the game built on top of it is not.

Oh, to be clear, I am not judging. Game dev is not easy to do. I am happy that any game exists. It just extra nice if it is also open source. I have also enjoyed playing Urban Terror. It’s fun!
