Wow, there would be action? I’ve been thinking about doing this but police never follow up on things like that where I live

One of the busier streets near me has no street parking. I frequently see a car parked covering the entire sidewalk (and there’s no grass strip separating sidewalk from road), despite all the surrounding houses having driveway spaces open and there being a public lot at a park fairly close. The thing is there’s a hill running down to the sidewalk, so you really don’t have a stable place to walk. Every time I walk around on that hill or consider walking around in traffic, I’m just really frustrated at how much one narcissistic Parker impacts all the pedestrians attempting to walk by.
