Half the reason everyone people shushed calls for Biden to drop out was the total absence of anyone it woulda “shoulda been.” And if he hadn’t, the same “but will he? but will he? but will he?!” would hound the campaign every goddamn day. Talking heads would go “… and that’s the third baby The Idiot fucked. In other news, is Biden going to drop out before tomorrow’s election? Here’s sixteen people to discuss what that’d mean for the horse race.”
Meanwhile all the headlines on Lemmy are about right-wing bigots attacking her, instead of being about… her.
