I was torn between being a SysAdmin and a Dev. Went to school for SA and now I’m a Linux admin. No regrets and it was fun when I first started… Now not so much.
I actually have fun pretending to be a Dev in my free time. Built a couple open source things and I enjoy it. I’ll NEVER be a dev for my job.
Starting from the home screen, your main home page on Apostrophy OS is called the “Domus.” It’s a grayscale page with shortcuts for the Aphy Store (Apostrophy’s own app store), your calendar, contacts, Apostrophy’s VPN service, your files, email, and more. You can’t customize anything on this page, and everything you do here is run through Apostrophy’s servers for maximum security.
So far, not so good…
Bacon, steaks, ribs, turkey with beef gravy, etc. I’ll never give these up.
If I could afford and had the time to do everything myself I would but I don’t. Meaning, I have to trust that the animals don’t suffer and its a quick death. Anything else isn’t on me, I pay taxes for a reason, one of them is for laws and policies so I’m doing everything I can while working to provide for my family.
Everything dies, when I’m dead do what you want with my body. I’m an organ donor and don’t care once I’m gone.
Why not use your current DNS solution? I’ve got all my hosts using my self hosted DNS at home.
My WG traffic looked like a DOS attack to OVH and I got blackholed for 5min, then 15, then 30.
My guess is your provider is rate limiting your UDP traffic.
