At the moment, it’s moreso that these are already existing medical dispensaries that have been cleared to sell recreational starting tomorrow, which is almost all of them (we don’t have that many in the state right now, anyway - I think around 130 at this point, many very recently opened). They’re still, as far as I’m aware, setting up the process for a rec-only selling license, so it remains to be seen how quickly we will reach saturation. Prices will remain high here for quite some time, though, I think - probably until it’s federally legal to sell cannabis across state lines. Our growing system is kind of shit and I don’t see that changing soon.

To your first point: the person could be wearing a mask because they see immunocompromised in some way, which would be a protected class (disability). You can’t refuse to serve someone because they’re disabled and wearing a mask as medical equipment to supplement their ability to move about in crowds, just like you can’t refuse to serve a person because they’re disabled and using a wheelchair as medical equipment to supplement their ability to move around in crowds. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Holy balls, I didn’t even zoom in to look at the prongs on that serpent ring. That’s the kind of design made by someone who only ever designs shit and never has to work on the physical product. It looks cool but no one will ever bother to attempt to recreate that if they need to do maintenance. Plus I could easily see the little circles just, bending off and OOP, there goes the stone. So, my husband is a jeweler. We recently started our own business (mostly repairs right now). These things are largely poorly designed and way overpriced for what they are. Plus, there’s a lot of bullshit like “14k black gold”, which isn’t a thing. It’s possibly 14k white or yellow gold with black rhodium plating, which will wear off in about 2 years and need replating. And there’s one with a 1.5ish carat diamond and a few melee marquis, with no other detailing or anything particularly interesting other than the “14k black gold” bullshit, and they’re trying to sell it for over $10,000 usd. Fucking LOL. This site is trash.

Because it’s only fraud if a normal person makes money from it, duh 🤪
