That doesn’t quite match up with my experience.
I have no routines. Or maybe I have a routine that’s super haphazard. To normal people it doesn’t look like a routine.
When I get interrupted, on say something that needs my focus and my meds help me focus on, I can switch.
This is not that. It’s not change, it’s not interruption. I find the concept of authority to be meaningless unless everyone plays by the same rules, which clearly is not the case.
So when authority presents itself, I find the most pleasurable response to something obnoxious is being obnoxious. And that’s probably the ADHD part.
AM I NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT? I JUST FILL IT UP UNTIL IT HITS THE LID BECAUSE IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE THAT A CONTAINER MEANT FOR DRINKING WATER ISNT WATERPROOF.
ARRROOOOOO!
Is that really a feature of ADHD?
I mean it explains a lot I’m just surprised.
I thought I just hated the idea of people thinking they have authority for “reasons.”
No, officer bob, pointing the pistol at my head does not give you the authority to take my money. Just because you are threatening me with lethal force and will likely face no legal consequences, does not actually mean you have the right to demand the money I worked hard at obtaining in my hands. That’s basically school yard bullying. And before you get all bent out of shape, yes, I earned this because it’s not easy to walk out of a bank with everyone’s cash. You just stuck a gun in my face. Hope you feel good with the power trip you theiving bastard.
The dehydration is a consistent problem for me. But, I’m looking into this fats thing. I have IBS-C, and since I started taking Wegovy, it’s gotten much worse, but the fat in my diet has also decreased a ton.
Which isn’t great because fat can fill you up more than what I used to eat. Unfortunately I can’t stand eggs and liver, it’s a texture thing i don’t really understand.
One thing I know works very well is any cream pasta sauce. Which makes me think it’s time for experimenting.
Oh good. I’m so glad to hear that.
if your poop is dry and clumpy, you need more fat.
Ok, I’m gonna need info on this. Because it does appear to check out, but I’ve always been told it’s lack of fiber and not enough fluid (which is impressive because I drink my 3-5 liters a day).
Which also makes me wonder, what am I not eating that has fats in it?
I know we’re all going to suffer, but Im particularly glad those who voted this way are slowly starting to realize how they or their love ones will.
Anxiety is the worst part about any major change
