He’s a narcissistic idiot and a baby. He deserves to be mocked mercilessly.

Good. We Americans need to learn the lesson that, in fact, we are not, have never been, and cannot be individualists. We are dependent on our neighbors: personally, nationally, and internationally.

We also need to learn that we cannot sustain ourselves by constantly taking: taking from each other, taking from nature, and taking from the future generations. We have become a nation of consumers, not citizens, and that is morally wrong. We expect to take with no consequences, and that’s just not how Earth works.

I’ve basically abandoned Reddit as well. I’ve been on for so long, but this bullshit makes me feel unsafe. If the platform is going to so blatantly side with those who would happily let me die for a few dollars (health insurance companies), then I don’t need to give them my attention or data anymore.

What the hell kind of country are we becoming. Without fears of consequences for ruining water and land, the environmental systems that support all life around the world are at risk. Regarding being pardoned for financial crimes, all Americans and anyone who interacts with the American financial system are at risk of losing everything. Becoming debtor slaves or serfs with hardly a dollar to their name.

Literally no one is getting hurt. No one is actually “terrorized.”

This is the most frustrating timeline.

What the FUCK???

They’re setting up the narrative so that when the public hears real people suffering, they ignore them.

This is bad. Really really bad.

I was initially really confused by this meme because Neanderthals were actually creative and rather culturally rich, unlike this administration.

“Illegally boycotting.”

Trump is hilarious. Like the government can stop me from NOT BUYING something.

Sounds like if he had it his way, we’d be forced to buy only what he declared and in the quantities the law stipulates, regardless of need or ability to pay.

So…not to be dramatic or anything, but this sounds really fucking bad.

If this arrest doesn’t happen, democracy is one step closer to the grave.

A lot of shit has happened to destroy democracy so far (has anyone been keeping a list?), but if billionaires see that they can now buy votes, nothing will stop them from doing it over and over again. We will be Russia.
