Little guy living its 9 lives all at once

I take it you’re being sarcastic?

I for one am not that comfortable about it. Breeding and slaughtering rats to feed zoo animals, sure. I do enjoy burgers myself, so who am I to judge? Plus the zoo animals can’t all go vegan. But these are just bred and killed, probably living the shortest life possible, to serve as novelty decoration items. A plush would serve the purpose equally well, but of course the novelty aspect would not be there any longer.

Yeah not a big fan. I can understand taxidermy when done to a loved pet, or even to hunted game as a trophy. But the breeding-straight-to-taxidermy process sounds super wrong to me.

They really paywalled dark mode? That move alone is incredibly dumb. Surefire way to alienate potential new users before they’ve even tested anything serious.

With our current two-round election system and a fragmented left landscape, the far-right gamble has worked wonders for Macron and the center-right in the past. I’m so glad they fucked up even if for just this one time.

That’s nice and all, but I have no idea what either “wet” or “opaque” mean in relation to sound =(

I had the same issue a few years ago. After spending forever looking for a solution online, I found a fantastic video that explained the reason for this degradation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5BhECVlKJA

TLDW, it has to do with some components (the contact plates) being rated for electronics of the 90s, with higher voltage than today’s devices use. So these components are now subject to below optimal voltages (say, 1.8V or 3.3V), and tiny sparks happen that would not be there at 5V, thus damaging the plate ever so slightly.

Immediately after watching that video, I opened my mouse and scratched the plates with a flat screwdriver. I haven’t had a problem since then (it’s been a couple of years). But if it happens again I know exactly what to do to save my beloved G302.

Also, fuck OneDrive.
