Yes, that’s mostly their style. But they also have a few slower songs like “15fun” (15分) from the “Attouteki Shoujo-Manga Story” (圧倒的少女漫画ストーリー) album, which I can’t find on YouTube right now; I could swear they had a MV for that song.
Edit: Found the MV on some chinese site called “bilibili”. I don’t know how official that is so I’m not posting a link here. If you’re curious, google “moshimo 15分”. It’s the first link under the “videos” section.
If you’re interested, here is a list of my favorite Chatmonchy songs:
- Tokimeki
- Renai Spirits
- Kokoro to Atama
- 8cm no Pinheel
- Make Up! Make up!
- Hira Hira Hiraku Himitsu no Tobira
- Oyashirazu
Most of the Chatmonchy discography should also be here on YouTube. They have a lot of different songs. I’m sure that there is something you may like :)
IMHO, Chatmonchy didn’t consist of people who could not only write and play good music but rather talented musicians that did know how to play multiple different instruments. After Kumiko (the drummer until 2011) left the band, Akiko (bass) and Eriko (guitar) continued without any support musicians. Akiko played bass, drums and piano. Eriko played guitar, drums and piano as well. For some songs, they recorded one guitar part and played that in the background. So they sounded not like a two-piece band. You can see what I mean here where they played Konbini Honeymoon. They played an entire concert “Henshin TOUR '13 @ Zepp DiverCity” (which was released on Bluray) with this formation. I find this amazing.
Later, they did have support guitarists, support drummers and a support pianist. This can be seen at the Budokan concert held in 2015. They played some songs with two drummers! How cool is that?
Sorry for the rambling. I hope you understand what mean, I’m tired so my english is a bit janky.
For my workstation I’m using a small script that packs and compresses all relevant directories with tar once a week. The resulting file is then copied to a local backup drive and to my NAS. An encrypted version of that file is sent to an offsite VPS.
For my selfhosted services (on Proxmox) I’m using ProxmoxBackupServer.
Riecht ein bisschen komisch und in einigen Becken ist die Wasserqualität nicht so gut…
Ansonsten 5/7
