Eh? Es stimmt doch gar nicht, dass das Grundgesetz das Versammlungsrecht nur für Deutsche gewährt. In §8 GG steht, dass Deutsche das Versammlungsrecht haben usw., da steht aber nicht, dass andere es nicht haben. Außerdem gibt es Art. 11 der Europäischen Menschrenrechtskonvention, welche die Versammlungsfreiheit als Menschenrecht definiert, da steht nichts von der Nationalität.

Bin allerdings kein Rechtsanwalt.

Mit der AfD-Forderung wird so getan, als würden nicht-deutsche hier massenhaft Demos abhalten, insbesondere in Bezug auf die aktuelle Anti-Israelische Stimmung.

Dabei haben viele Deutsche (ob mit Migrationshintergrund oder nicht) bereits vor dem Hamas-Terrorangriff eine entweder anti-israelische Stimmung oder gleich Judenhass gezeigt.

Ich halte das alles für eine Scheindebatte.
